Digital Products
All products sold on illmo Mockups are digital files. Once a purchase is completed and the files have been downloaded or accessed, no refunds or exchanges can be issued.

This policy applies because digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods. By purchasing and downloading a file, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16.m).

Before You Purchase
We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, file formats, and license information before purchasing.

Duplicate or Technical Issues
If you experience a technical problem (such as receiving the wrong file, a corrupt download, or double charge), please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll make sure to resolve it promptly.

Fraud or Unauthorized Transactions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity.
